Job Description
We are seeking dedicated Manufacturing Associates for both day OR night shifts. This position involves various aspects of production, including formulation, processing, packaging, and cleaning. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to follow standard operating procedures accurately. ResponsibilitiesFormulate products by weighing powders (chemicals) from original containers into transfer containers, monitoring room temperature and humidity.Process materials by loading chemicals into large stainless-steel blenders, using equipment operation interfaces to preblend/mill/postblend, and monitoring automated processes.Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during processing.Package materials by prepping, packing out powder into various containers (barrels, buckets, bottles, etc.), and palletizing filled containers.Clean and maintain equipment by breaking down/setting up, hooking up hoses/piping using gaskets/clamps, spraying down rooms, and operating automated cleaning equipment.Use basic computer skills for documentation and process monitoring.Document processes accurately and legibly in logbooks and company records.Work Environment
The work environment is a clean room manufacturing setting, requiring the use of cleanroom suits for safety and cleanliness. Day shift hours are from 7:00 am to 7:30 pm, and night shift hours are from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am, both following a 2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off schedule. The dress code includes wearing scrubs over clothes, safety shoes, and glasses at all times while inside the manufacturing area and warehouse. N95 masks are required for certain tasks, and employees must pass a fit test prior to employment.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.78 - $22.86
