**Job Title: Manufacturing Associate** **Job Description** We have multiple openings for Manufacturing Associates on both day and night shifts. Join our team where you will be involved in formulation, processing, packaging, and cleaning tasks in a clean room environment. You will work with various chemicals and equipment, ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality. **Responsibilities** + Weigh powders (chemicals) from original containers into small to large transfer containers. + Monitor room temperature and humidity. + Load chemicals into large stainless-steel blenders and use equipment operation interfaces to preblend/mill/postblend. + Monitor automated processes and troubleshoot as necessary. + Prep materials and pack out powder into containers such as barrels, buckets, and bottles. + Palletize filled containers. + Break down and set up equipment, hook up hoses/piping using gaskets/clamps. + Spray down rooms and load equipment into parts-wash, operating and monitoring automated cleaning processes. + Perform basic computer tasks as required. + Write legibly, clearly, and accurately in logbooks and company records. **Essential Skills** + 6+ months of manufacturing experience. + Basic mechanical aptitude. + Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English. + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally. + Must be able to maneuver and position mechanical components up to 50 kg. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Manufacturing, warehouse, or quality experience preferred. + Computer skills. + Ability to complete paper-based documentation. + Attention to detail. + Willingness to learn. + Good attitude and attendance. + Candidates should be looking for a full-time, permanent position. **Why Work Here?** This is a career opportunity with competitive pay rates. We value attitude and attendance highly and offer a stable work schedule with no shift changes between days and nights. **Work Environment** The work environment is a clean room manufacturing setting where scrubs must be worn inside the manufacturing areas, over your clothes. Safety shoes and glasses are required at all times while inside the manufacturing area and warehouse. N95 masks are required for certain tasks, and employees cannot have facial hair that interferes with mask use. Shifts are 7:00am - 7:30pm for days and 7:00pm - 7:30am for nights, following a 2 on 2 off 3 on 2 off schedule. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lenexa, Kansas. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.78 - $22.86/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
