Job Description
We are seeking dedicated Manufacturing Associates to join our team with 6 openings on the day shift and 2 on the night shift. This role involves the formulation, processing, packaging, and cleaning of powdered products in a temperature-controlled, clean room manufacturing environment. Each batch is unique, providing variety in daily tasks.
ResponsibilitiesWeigh powders (chemicals) from original containers into small to large transfer containers, monitoring room temperature and humidity.Load chemicals into large stainless-steel blenders, use an equipment operation interface to preblend, mill, and postblend, and monitor automated processes.Prep materials, pack out powder into containers (barrels, buckets, bottles, etc.), and palletize filled containers.Break down and set up equipment, hook up hoses and piping using gaskets and clamps, spray down rooms, load equipment into parts-wash, and operate and monitor automated cleaning.Perform basic computer tasks as required.Write legibly, clearly, and accurately in logbooks and company records.Adapt to the unique manufacturing time for each batch of powdered product.Essential Skills6+ months of manufacturing experience.Basic mechanical aptitude.Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.Capability to maneuver and position mechanical components up to 50 kg.Additional Skills & QualificationsManufacturing, warehouse, or quality experience preferred.Computer skills.Ability to complete paper-based documentation.Attention to detail.Willingness to learn.Good attitude and attendance.Candidates should be looking for a full-time/permanent position.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The work is performed indoors in a temperature-controlled, clean room manufacturing environment. Employees will wear a cleanroom suit for safety and cleanliness. Day shift hours are from 7:00am to 7:30pm on a 2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off schedule. Night shift hours are from 7:00pm to 7:30am on the same schedule. Scrubs must be worn inside the manufacturing areas over clothes, and safety shoes and glasses are required at all times. N95 masks are necessary for certain tasks, requiring a fit test and no facial hair that interferes with mask use.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.78 - $22.86/hr.
