**Job Title: Manufacturing Associate**
**Job Description**
We are seeking dedicated Manufacturing Associates for both day and night shifts. This role involves working with chemical powders in a temperature-controlled, clean room environment. Responsibilities include formulation, processing, packaging, and cleaning, as well as basic computer use and documentation. Each batch of powdered product is unique, making each day different from the next.
**Responsibilities**
+ Formulate by weighing powders from original containers into transfer containers and monitoring room conditions.
+ Process by loading chemicals into blenders, operating equipment interfaces, monitoring automated processes, and troubleshooting.
+ Package materials by prepping, packing powders into containers, and palletizing filled containers.
+ Clean by breaking down and setting up equipment, hooking up hoses and piping, and operating automated cleaning systems.
+ Use basic computer skills for required tasks.
+ Document processes clearly and accurately in logbooks and company records.
**Essential Skills**
+ 6+ months of manufacturing experience.
+ Basic mechanical aptitude.
+ Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
+ Ability to maneuver and position mechanical components up to 50 kg.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Manufacturing, warehouse, or quality experience preferred.
+ Computer skills.
+ Attention to detail.
+ Willingness to learn.
+ Good attitude and attendance.
+ Looking for a full-time/permanent position.

**Work Environment**
Clean room manufacturing environment with a permanent shift schedule. Day shift: 7:00am - 7:30pm on a 2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off schedule. Night shift: 7:00pm - 7:30am on a 2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off schedule. Scrubs, safety shoes, and glasses must be worn inside manufacturing areas. N95 masks are required for certain tasks, with a fit test required prior to use.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lenexa, Kansas.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.78 - $22.86/hr.
