**Production Associate** **$19-21/Hour!** **Job Description** Production associates will unload drainage pipes of all sizes, trim plastic excess, cut to spec, and coil into rolls. Candidates must be comfortable lifting 30-40 pounds routinely and will team lift heavier parts up to 100 pounds. They must also be comfortable maneuvering (push/pull) heavier parts. **Responsibilities** + Unload drainage pipes of various sizes + Trim excess plastic from pipes + Cut pipes to specified lengths + Coil pipes into rolls + Lift up to 40 pounds routinely, team lift heavier parts up to 100 pounds + Maneuver heavier parts up to 100 pounds **Essential Skills** + General labor/production line/machine operation experience + Ability to lift up to 40 pounds + Ability to maneuver (push/pull) up to 100 pounds + Experience with hand/power tools + Experience with packaging **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Previous machine operation experience is a plus + Experience with sawzall and plastics manufacturing is beneficial **Why Work Here?** We offer programs to increase skills and pay, a team-oriented culture, strong benefits with 401k employer match, and provide company meals/gifts for holidays, accident-free periods, and team-building events. **Work Environment** The work environment is non-climate controlled, meaning it can be cold in the summer and hot in the winter. The facility is fairly organized, with a brand new production line installed. However, the facility can become cramped if a lot of scrap plastic is produced. There are a total of 60 employees. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of London, Ohio. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.25 - $21.50/hr.
