Job Description

Our client, a Finished Product Pharmaceutical Facility, is seeking Manufacturing Process Technicians to support the new production line due to increased market demand. The role involves loading materials, completing electronic batch records, log book entries, documenting work orders, process checks to ensure quality, and maintaining batch packaging records. Candidates need to be tech-savvy and have a process improvement mindset. This is an entry-level opportunity suitable for motivated individuals from various backgrounds who are interested in pharmaceutical manufacturing.

ResponsibilitiesLoad materials and complete batch records electronically.Maintain log book entries and document work orders.Perform process checks to ensure quality.Manage batch packaging records for materials loaded and produced.Report and provide solutions for recurring issues on the production line.Communicate effectively and contribute to process improvement suggestions.Essential SkillsUnderstanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).Interest in pharmaceutical manufacturing.Health care background or previous manufacturing experience in regulated environments (GMP).Technical proficiency for handling electronic documentation.Additional Skills & QualificationsBioworks or Associates in Biotechnology.Experience in pharma, food, medical device, or cosmetic industries.Critical thinking and strong communication skills.Work Environment

The work environment is a manufacturing setting with a night shift on a 2-2-3 schedule. Employees will start on day shift Monday to Friday for training and then move to night shift if hired for that schedule. The environment can be stressful due to high workload, but team support is strong. Scrubs are provided, and close-toed shoes or work boots are required. Employees change into their work attire in the provided locker room.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.50 - $23.50/hr.
