Job Description:

Location: Odenton, Maryland

CoWorx Staffing Services is currently looking for Manufacturing Associates in the Odenton, MD area!

The ideal candidate will work independently under the guidance of the Operations Manager and gain experience in polyurethane product manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and maintain CNC lathes and other machining equipment.
Perform daily startup and general maintenance of CNC machines.
Load parts into machines and ensure proper setup.
Program and troubleshoot G-code and M-code as needed.
Ensure products comply with company and customer standards.

Desired Background/Skills:

1+ years of CNC Lathe experience.
Experience with polyurethane, plastic, or rubber machining.
Familiarity with CAD software (SolidWorks preferred).
Prior professional experience as a Machinist.
Familiarity with CNC lathe programming, setup, and troubleshooting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
