Follows safe operating proceduresMaintain 7S standardsPerforms TPM activities as requiredReview and follows quality, process and operator instructionsPerform quality checks as required and accurately records using Plexus or required method.Identifies, contains and generates Discrepant Material Report (DMR) for any non-conforming material and forwards to the Material Review Board (MRB)Communicates with co-workers from the previous and following shifts to discuss problems and concernsInsures operation runs at required production rate. Notifies Team Leader or equivalent when this does not occurAccurately reports production and scrap using Factivity or required methodActively participates in continuous improvement activitiesPerforms data reporting such as production and scrap, using both paper and computerized systems, as requiredMoves product by using barrels with a barrel cart or totes which may weigh up to 40 poundsMay be required to work in a variety of jobs as documented below (MA-III positions). This position rotates among jobs on a routine basisComplete other tasks within job classification as assignedAssists other employees as directed by the Team Leader and / or SupervisorWill require operator to obtain fork lift certification.Required Skills and Education
