Manufacturing CNC Machinist
**Job Posting: Manufacturing CNC Machinist - Parsippany, NJ** **Job Type:** Full-time **Job Summary:** Adecco is hiring for a **Manufacturing CNC Machinist** in the Parsippany, NJ market to join the facility. This position involves direct responsibility for production manufacturing, including set-up, machining, tooling, fixturing, gaging, production, and troubleshooting. The CNC Machinist must demonstrate outstanding organizational and communication skills while ensuring adherence to Standard Work and safety protocols. The role will also require supporting and assisting adjacent team members, including assembly, cleaning, and packaging. **Responsibilities:** + Set up and operate manual or CNC machines, including tooling, fixturing, program selection, first article approval, and production based on the manufacturing router. + Monitor, measure, and adjust the machining center to ensure process stability, repeatability, and compliance with all safety protocols. + Operate manual lathes, mills, comparators, CNC mills, CNC lathes, laser markers, and/or assist in assembly processes. + Maintain organized, clean production areas with 5S practices and ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed. + Enforce safety measures including PPE usage, egress, and machine utilization. + Ensure all quality standards are maintained during production runs. + Ensure compliance with quality requirements such as calibration, line clearance, and DHR tracking. **Qualifications:** + Trade school, Associates, and/or Bachelor's degree is a plus. + Must be able to read blueprints and have a thorough understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing). + Experience with Smart Cam and/or Master Cam. + Experience with manual and CNC equipment including lathes and vertical mills. + Comfortable with production in a High-Mix/Low Volume environment. + CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) experience is a plus. + Laser marking experience is a plus. + Proficient with inspection tools including calipers, micrometers, comparators, and profilometers. + Familiarity with CFR Part 820 and ISO 13485 for medical devices is a plus. + Detail-oriented with previous experience in a manufacturing environment. + Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills. **Pay Details:** $38.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
