3) The chance to join a world-class global precision supplier of machined components & metals!What You Will Be Doing- CNC Machining Cycle Time Analysis (turning, mill/drill, grinding, broaching/shaper cutting)
- Materials Cost estimation (steel, iron, aluminum, and powder metal)
- Calculate Work Cell Capacities (automated, manual, man/machine evaluations)
- Calculate OEE Factors (Downtime, Efficiency, Scrap (Machine & Material))
- Calculate Facility/Startup Costs
- Calculate Perishable and Durable Tooling Cost/Pc
- Calculate Floor Space (sq-ft)
- Calculate Gaging Costs
- Calculate Automation Costs by consulting with our internal controls and fabrication team
- Work with machinery suppliers to obtain quotes on equipment
- Develops project objectives by reviewing project deliverables and customer requirements.
- Detail-oriented with strong people and team skillsWhat You Need for this PositionMust have an Associate's Degree in Engineering or similar experience with 5+ years of experience with the following:
- CNC Machining (CNC Lathes, CNC Vertical and Horizontal Machining, Automation systems including pick and place and robotic load systems, automatic part handling.)
- Automotive component manufacturing processes
- Precision Metrology, MSA requirements, and Statistical Process Control (SPC) knowledge
- GD&T with application experience
- AutoCAD, CAD, CAD/CAM required
- High Volume Manufacturing
