Overview
The primary purpose of this position is to safely perform the necessary job duties associated with the operation of the Putty Repair, Finger Joint, and other various machines. This includes but is not limited to feeding, tailing, learning, and assisting the operator during changeovers and chopping cutbacks. This is a versatile position within the wood moulding department and requires organizational and communication skills and a growing knowledge of all sizes and grades of finger joint blocks, blanks, and putty reparation. Each crew member will be required to rotate through different positions during their shift. The operator is only authorized to rotate into positions in which they have been trained.

Candidate must be able to withstand heat more than 95 degreesMust be able to lift at least 35 lbs. consistently throughout a 10-hour dayTo meet customer demands, overtime may be requiredWhat you will need:
Preferably one year experience in manufacturing settingHS Diploma or GED preferredAble to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screenKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Must be able to add & subtract fractions and whole numbers and convert fractions to decimals.Ability to read, follow, and understand work instructions from both written and verbal sources and basic writing skills.Safe Production:
