We are seeking a dedicated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing quotes, processing orders, and offering exceptional service to our customers. This role reports directly to the General Manager. Responsibilities and Duties: + Answer incoming sales calls + Respond promptly to telephone and email inquiries from customers and Outside Sales + Assist customers who visit the office + Generate sales quotes and orders in the ERP system with accurate pricing and materials + Support Outside Sales Representatives with order entry and writing quotes + Communicate order and delivery status to the Operations Manager + Manage day-to-day relationships with customers, outside sales, and office staff + Audit and approve sales orders for billing + Enter work orders (Reman Entry) + Verify inventory for customer requests or processing + Provide customer support for pricing issues, delivery delays, or complaints + Occasionally travel to other company sites to check inventory or assist customers + Maintain a clean and hospitable work area and perform kitchen duties as needed + Perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications and Experience: + Ability to read, write, and speak English + Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and other business software + Preferred: Experience in wood products + Preferred: Prior sales or customer service experience + High School Diploma or equivalent Employee Value Proposition (EVP): + Health, dental, 401k, paid holidays, and PTO. + Overall great place to work, family-run company with an open-door policy. + 90 years in business, 3rd generation.
