Ensure 100% safe operations, SOP compliance, and proper PPE usage in production areas.Maintain cGMP compliance, documentation accuracy, and hygiene standards.Achieve production targets as per plan with 95%+ adherence to timelines.Optimize manpower allocation and build a motivated, high-performing team.Conduct facility inspections, ensure area upkeep, and drive continuous improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide training for smooth operations.Minimize shop floor errors, support batch investigations, and ensure compliance with validation requirements.
