KLA has manufacturing sites across the globe, including Belgium, China, Germany, Israel, Singapore and Milpitas (CA). The Global Operations (GOPS) team, comprised of Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Installation, and Quality, is responsible for manufacturing our leading-edge technology. We partner with our world-wide supply base and our design engineering teams to bring new products to market. Lead and manage a team of design and manufacturing engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.Develop, improve, and implement manufacturing processes and designs to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.Supporting escalations on manufacturing floor or at customer sites.Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of design and new product introduction projects, ensuring they meet deadlines and budget constraints.Work closely with other departments, such as production, quality assurance, and R&D, to ensure cohesive and efficient operations in a global environment.Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement new technologies to stay ahead in the industry.Ensure all processes and designs comply with industry standards and safety regulations.Prepare and present reports on project status, process improvements, and team performance to senior management.Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Physics/Electronics/Mechatronics, or a related field or equivalent experience.Validated experience in a manufacturing or design engineering role, with several years in a managerial position.Strong leadership and team management abilities.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to understand the working principle of sophisticated electro-opto-mechanical assemblies for high precision metrology and inspection equipment and how they relate to system performance.We offer a competitive, family friendly total rewards package.
