Manufacturing Document Associate

We are looking to fill a Manufacturing Doc Associate with a 3rd Shift, Sunday-Thursday position. This role will support the life cycle of various types of manufacturing documentation such as GMP records, logbooks, and controlled forms and perform record- related activities in support of manufacturing operations.

As a Manufacturing Document Associate, a typical day might include the following:

Coordinate and perform document movement across all functional groups.

Helps with the administrative aspect for bundling all required manufacturing documentation needed for production.

Aids in maintaining any required systems for intake, tracking and reconciliation. Prepare routine and ad hoc progress reports on manufacturing documentation to meet business requirements.

Responsible for ensuring documentation timelines are met through effective communication and follow through with document owners.

Serving as a liaison between various departments to accommodate various requests to support investigations or requests for referencing manufacturing documentation.

Help facilitate any scheduling needs between Manufacturing and other various departments throughout the organization.

Have experience in a cGMP environment, quality assurance, project management, or document management desired.

To be considered for this role you must meet the minimum education and experience requirements: Associates Degree, with 0-2 years of related experience.

Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of the educational requirement.
