Manufacturing Engineer, QA
Job Description

Join our team as a Manufacturing Engineer, Quality Assurance, where you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our API and final product processing. Your responsibilities will include meticulous batch record reviews and on-the-floor Quality Assurance support, ensuring every step meets our stringent quality criteria.

Provides Quality Assurance guidance, expertise and oversight to ensure process, data and product quality.

Leads and drives process and product improvements and provides specialist quality-related services to Manufacturing, Quality Control, Procurement and Supply Chain.

Develops, implements and evaluates tools and equipment for quality assurance and for product/process improvement.

Real-time batch record review is expected (minimum 20% on-the-floor review), executed documentation review, QA approver on nonconformance and QC investigation records, manage CAPA records, participate in internal and external audits, other responsibilities as assigned.

Shift: M-F day shift. Occasional weekend coverage required. This is an on-site position.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent

2+ years of relevant quality assurance experience working in a GMP manufacturing facility

Post-graduate, certification, and/or license may be required

The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $79,200.00 - $123,750.00/yr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
