Job Description: Manufacturing Engineer (2nd Shift)
We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Engineer to support our 2nd shift production, focusing on robotics and automation. This role is ideal for intermediate level candidates with a experience in robotics programming, PLC troubleshooting, and manufacturing engineering support. Flexibility in shift hours is offered, with primary hours from 2pm to 11pm. This position provides an excellent opportunity for professional growth and learning, especially for those interested in heavy equipment manufacturing.
Responsibilities
+ Troubleshoot and triage issues with robotic welding production.
+ Edit and troubleshoot code to identify and correct errors.
+ Act as a liaison between 1st and 3rd shifts regarding issues and status updates.
+ Run manufacturing engineering projects and collect data from off-shift teams.
Essential Skills
+ PLC or programming experience in school or work.
+ Strong communication skills.
+ Ability to work autonomously and create detailed documentation.
+ Experience in manufacturing engineering support, continuous improvement, and process improvement.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ 0-2 years of experience, potentially from a robotics programming training program.
+ Aptitude to learn ABB programming language.
+ Mechanical skills.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $90000.00
