JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Daily engineering drawings maintenance
* Prototype drawing creating and 3D printing.
* Manufacturing process improvement/validation
* Daily support quality and operation teams
* 30% office on PCN, testing report, prototype design, manufacturing process analysis
* 70% shop floor and Lab on operation manufacturing process trouble shooting and prototype validation etc..
* Support daily operation on manufacturing process improvement/validation.
* Work with quality/production engineer team to validate new process, PCN, etc

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
* 5-7 years experience required.
* Creativity, verbal and written communication skills, analytical and problem solving ability.
* Team player and detail oriented.
* Ability to make sketches, engineering drawings and common computations
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawing, schematics and computer-generated reports. * Previous experience with computer applications and software related to engineering field, such as Computer Aided Design (CAD).
* Displays attributes of a critical thinker and leverages innovative ideas.
* Team player and detail oriented
