Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Cleveland, OH. The successful candidate will play a key role in optimizing our manufacturing processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring the highest standards of quality are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes and systems to optimize production efficiency and quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, design, and quality assurance to identify areas for process improvement. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address production issues and minimize downtime. Utilize lean manufacturing principles to streamline processes and eliminate waste. Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation including work instructions, process flow diagrams, and standard operating procedures. Lead projects to introduce new equipment, technologies, or methodologies to improve manufacturing capabilities. Perform regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards. Provide technical support and training to production staff to ensure proper execution of manufacturing processes. Continuously monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to achieve production targets. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in manufacturing engineering.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Minimum of [5] years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related role. Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and manufacturing process simulation tools. Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and solve complex problems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Experience with Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards relevant to manufacturing operations. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
