Job Description

SUMMARY
Responsible for planning and designing manufacturing processes maximizing efficiency by analyzing layout of equipment, workflow, assembly methods, and work force utilization. Is responsible for basic engineering support for manufacturing departments 
 

Essential Responsibilities:

Project research, justification, and implementationConduct time and efficiency studiesAnalyze and recommend layout and workflowReview and recommend updates to production standardsResearch, recommend, and manage capital equipment projectsResearch, recommend, and manage automation projects

Qualifications

Education Requirements:

Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering DegreeMinimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in an advanced high mix low volume manufacturing environment.

Requirements:

Familiarity with a production environment and advanced manufacturing processesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good communication skillsExcellent documentation skillsMastery of MS Office suite, specifically ExcelProject management experience, specifically capital research/installation projectsSolid Works experience

Preferred Experience:

Visual Basics programming2-4 Years of experience as a manufacturing engineerCMM programmingSAP experience

The expected compensation range for this position is between $68,522.00 – 107,761.00 based on a full-time schedule.

Compensation for roles at Syntegon varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience. At Syntegon compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. Total rewards at Syntegon include salary + bonus (if applicable) + benefits.
