Job Description
Reduce costs, increase productivity, reduce scrap/re-work, and provide resources to train and problem solve. Support Shop Floor and Indirect areas by providing proper documentation, tools, and training. Lead Continuous Improvement activities in Manufacturing Processes. Develop methods, standards, line balances, and line layouts. Support New Product Introductions. Analyze, develop, layout, procure, and install equipment and tools for implementing products. Determine costs and manufacturability of changes and specials. Process and document methods. Work with Manufacturing and QA to start up, debug, and verify processes. Use continuous improvement tools such as APQP to lead teams. Engage in research and development of new manufacturing processes and tooling.

This is a fully on-site position in Berea, Kentucky.
Work Environment
The facility is typical of any manufacturing environment: cold in the winter and hot in the summer. This is a 1st shift position.
