Summary: Seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with strong manufacturing experience, hands-on skills, and knowledge in automation engineering and project management.

Job Requirements:

BS in Engineering or post-high school education with 10 years of relevant experience

Understanding of injection molding machines and process

Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook

Demonstrated experience in project management or certification

Preferred Skills:

IS9000 experience is a plus

Proficiency in AutoCAD for producing drawings

Ability to develop PLC, HMI, and Robotics programs

Job Responsibilities:

Manage manufacturing and facility projects including planning, resource selection, budgeting, and timely completion

Design mechanization for assembly equipment and related pneumatic/electrical circuitry

Author PLC, Operator Interface, and Robotic programs for equipment control

Support maintenance personnel with training and equipment re-engineering

Analyze performance problems and implement solutions

Maintain documentation including drawings and database listings

Communicate issues/suggestions to the Engineering Manager regarding automation projects

Lead continuous improvement efforts to enhance product yield

Pay Details: $77,500.00 to $87,500.00 per year
