Manufacturing Engineer
Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer Job Description The Sr. Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for sustaining, troubleshooting, and improving current manufacturing processes. You will work directly with operations teams to ensure manufacturing processes and equipment meet or exceed production requirements. Responsibilities include timely resolution of issues impacting safety, quality, delivery, and cost, as well as production tooling design and implementation. You will also be responsible for machine and automated system design and implementation to support continuous improvement and new products or processes. Additionally, you will support root cause corrective action and systemic problem elimination, develop, lead, recommend, monitor, and drive CAPAs to resolution. Hard Skills + Manufacturing engineering and manufacturing processes + Lean manufacturing tools + Experience with process improvement / continuous improvement processes + Experience with the implementation of tooling/fixture design for machines Work Site This is a fully on-site position in St. Louis, Missouri. Work Environment + Designs and manufactures heating solutions like electric heaters, temperature sensors, controllers, and supporting software. + Headquarters in Maryland Heights, with manufacturing facilities in Hannibal, MO, and Columbia, MO. + Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week 7-3:30 with some flexibility. + Manufacturing site produces both standard and custom electrical control systems, which may be integrated with other thermal products or sent to customers for their end-use. + You will be on the Manufacturing Engineering team working directly with the operations team.
