Seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with experience in the medical device industry to design and optimize manufacturing processes, improve cycle times, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Job Requirements:
BS in Engineering
Minimum 3 years of experience in the medical device industry
Experience in process validation and investigating non-conformances
Experience in cycle time, yield, and process flow improvements
Proficient in creating and maintaining documentation (BOMs, work instructions, visual aids, manufacturing plans, change orders)
Job Responsibilities:
Design manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts for assembly, equipment installation, and material handling
Plan machine arrangements within plant facilities for maximum efficiency
Specify sequences of operations and procedures for tool and equipment fabrication, ensuring product performance
Adapt machine or equipment designs to factory conditions, incorporating inspection and test requirements
Inspect machinery performance to ensure efficiency and initiate corrective actions when necessary
Develop manufacturing processes for statistical process control and implement SPC techniques
Provide guidance to engineering on design concepts and specification requirements for optimal equipment utilization
Ensure all processes and procedures comply with industry regulations
Pay: 45-52

Pay Details: $45.00 to $52.00 per hour
