Key Responsibilities: * Support all onsite manufacturing functions, focusing on FAIRs and process optimization. * Work with Rolls Royce teams to structure, manage, and enhance Manufacturing Execution in line with facility goals. * Ensure adherence to quality standards and process efficiency through hands-on work in the production environment. Desired Qualifications: * Knowledge of FAIRs: Hands-on experience in the aerospace industry, with a deep understanding of First Article Inspections. * Technical Skills: Mechanical aptitude with an understanding of design for manufacturing concepts, materials mechanics, and structural design. * Experience: Familiarity with Computer-Aided Process Planning (CAPP) software's, ideally MultiCAPP and TC CAPP; experience creating and modifying illustration sheets. * Education: BS in Engineering * Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities; proficiency in MS Office required. Preferred Attributes: * Extensive understanding of product engineering concepts, with analytical reasoning and the ability to communicate technical information effectively across teams.
