Job Description

The CNC Programmer/Manufacturing Engineer will play a critical role in the successful introduction of new products into manufacturing processes. This position requires a deep understanding of engineering principles, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will be responsible for coordinating with various departments, including design, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain, to ensure that new products are launched on time, within budget, and meet all quality standards. You will also be tasked with identifying and mitigating risks, troubleshooting issues, and continuously improving processes to enhance product performance and manufacturability.

Assist engineering team and production developing parts/brackets, /test fixtures etc.Perform systems documentationEnsure compliance with governmental regulations and requirements including all certificationsReview, interpret and execute all regulation and specifications required by customersCoordinates with customers on Source Inspections, FAIs, and Gov’t Source Inspectors, etc.Provide related technical support to engineering, manufacturing, and procurement.Report audit findings to management and develop plans for corrective actionEvaluate and design the workflow processDevelop a program and develop a processDiagnose mechanical failures, determine solutions, and make repairs

Must Have

Experience programming CNC Mills/Lathes (up to 4-axis)Previous NPI experience (new product introduction)Previous experience managing projects from start to finishSolidworks and Master CamBachelor's degree preferablyPrevious hands-on experience with machining components (Bridgeport, Lathe, CNC etc.)Experience in interpreting prints by operation and final inspection.Experience Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
