Manufacturing Engineer

Job Posting Summary:
The Manufacturing Engineer is part of a cross-functional production team focused on securing assembly processes, driving performance, and implementing Continuous Improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or equivalent technical manufacturing experience 0-2 years of experience in Manufacturing Knowledge of engineering concepts, manufacturing processes, production standards, and efficiency optimization tools

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and optimize assembly processes to meet manufacturing targets using Lean Manufacturing principles Ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals are met for production processes and projects Create and maintain work instructions, determine manpower levels, and provide line support and service to production Industrialize new product and process changes according to project gate plan deliverables with a focus on minimizing disturbances Determine assembly sequence, time standards, line balancing, station design, and tooling requirements Perform time studies for new processes using time MCTM (Methods Calculate Time Montage) standards Identify tooling and equipment needs based on product and process changes

Pay Details: $26.00 to $34.00 per hour
