Summary: Seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to develop, refine, and support manufacturing processes and equipment across multiple sites.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering
15-25% work travel required
Preferred Skills:
Experience with CNC programming and operation
Proficiency in 3D CAD software for fixture design
Best drafting practices experience
Assembly line support experience
Job Responsibilities:
Create and refine Standard Work for assembly and machining departments
Support assembly lines and machining departments with RCCA investigations
Develop facilities plans including processing equipment, plant layout, material flow, and infrastructure needs
Design advanced fixturing for welding, machining, and assembly processes
Lead capital equipment projects
Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineers at all sites
Investigate new technologies for manufacturing processes
Conduct capacity resource planning
Assist with NPIs (New Product Introductions)
Serve as a technical resource for R&D Engineering
Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
