Key Responsibilities:
·Project Management: Assist in the planning, execution, and management of various projects within your department.·Data Analysis: Analyze data, generate reports, and provide insights to support business decisions.·Technical Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve technical challenges and improve processes.·Product Development: Contribute to the development and testing of new products or services.·Stakeholders Engagement Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver solutions that meet their expectations.·Continuous Learning: Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your knowledge and skills.·Product Reliability Engineering roles:Provide resolution and implement engineering solution to product/manufacturing issueEngage R&D and Product Development to enable New Product Introductions and ExtensionsIdentify the risks early in the program and determine the test methods needed to characterize the product to ensure we meet the end-customer needs. This is especially true in any product or process NUD’sDrive Product Qualification processesDrive and implement strong Product Quality SystemOwn the form, fit and function of HP Printhead and drive Change ManagementProvide recommendation and path forward based on the reliability results.Perform writing system (print quality characterization) testing to support qualification, NPI program, escalation, etc.Qualifications:
·Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electrical/Material Engineering ·Possess good understanding of manufacturing processes, methodologies and environment, preferably have the experience working in a fast pace and high-volume electronics product manufacturing environment·Technical Skills: Process Simulation and ModelingStatistical Process Control (SPC)Lean Manufacturing PrinciplesQuality Management Systems (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma)Good Understanding of Quality Assurance & Process Control Knowledge. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively.·Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.·Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues across various departments.·Adaptability: Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing environments.·Fast learner, Proactive and Self driven character·Technically inclined and Hands-on personality·Fluent in English both spoken and written·Preferred Qualifications:·Internship experience in a related field is a plus.·Knowledge of Six SigmaProblem Solving skills (8D, DMAIC, PDCA, 5-Whys, LPS, etc)·Experience with JMP/Minitab/SQL
