Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer

Job Description

This position will be responsible for the creation, documentation, and implementation of manufacturing processes to improve product throughput, reliability, and quality using analytical tools and techniques.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop and document manufacturing processes to enhance product throughput, reliability, and quality.Utilize analytical tools and techniques to identify and implement continuous improvements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes.Apply Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing principles to drive efficiency.Create and maintain work instructions for assembly and machining processes.Essential SkillsMinimum 5 years of manufacturing/industrial engineering experienceMinimum 5 years experience with lean processes, work instructions, continuous improvement Bachelor's DegreeAdditional Skills & QualificationsProficiency in Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing methodologies.Strong experience in process engineering and continuous improvement.Experience with machining and assembly operations.Work Environment

Hands-on environment with involvement from everyone on the floor and leadership.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00
