Manufacturing Engineer

Seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with hands-on experience in developing test methods, equipment, and fixtures for medical device products, specifically catheters.

Job Requirements:

BS in Mechanical, Biomedical, or Chemical Engineering

Experience developing test methods, protocols, and reports

Medical device industry experience

Experience developing equipment and fixtures for medical device products, specifically catheters

Job Responsibilities:

Design manufacturing processes, procedures, and layouts for assemblies, equipment installation, processing, and material handling

Plan machine arrangements within plant facilities to ensure efficient and productive layouts

Develop sequences of operations and procedures for tool and equipment fabrication, ensuring optimal product performance

Adapt machine or equipment designs to factory conditions, incorporating inspection and testing requirements

Inspect machinery and tools for efficiency, investigating and initiating corrective actions to ensure product quality

Develop manufacturing processes that apply statistical process control techniques

Provide guidance on design concepts and specification requirements for equipment and manufacturing techniques

Ensure processes and procedures comply with industry regulations

Pay: 40-54

Pay Details: $40.00 to $54.00 per hour
