Description
Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods. Analyze and plan workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to minimize downtime. Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product specifications and quality standards are met. Conduct time and motion studies to optimize production processes. Maintain and update process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or process engineering role. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00
