Manufacturing Engineer Details:
Direct Hire position$70,000.00 /annuallyFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 04:00pm)• Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee manufacturing projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
• Process Improvement: Analyze current manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance productivity, efficiency, and safety
• Cost Analysis: Assess project costs and benefits, helping to develop budgets and conducting regular reviews to track project expenditures
• Training: Conduct training sessions for team members on new processes, technologies, and safety protocols
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, quality assurance, supply chain, and production, to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes
Manufacturing Engineer Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field).
• Relevant work experience in manufacturing engineering or project management.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is a plus
• Ability to understand multiple fabrication techniques. (i.e. lasers, press brakes, welding, etc.)
• CAD Experience.
