Summary: Seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with extensive experience in manufacturing engineering, tool design, and production process development.
Requirements:
7+ years of Manufacturing Engineering experience
BS degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering from an ABET accredited university
Proficient with CAD, SolidWorks preferred
Preferred Skills:
Programming ability for robotic assembly and welding equipment
Responsibilities:
Design tools and machines for product manufacturing
Review and recommend improvements for production equipment, hardware, and tooling
Oversee the development of new production processes, methods, and controls
Install new equipment and prepare operation manuals
Conduct Time Studies and develop Lean Methodologies to enhance Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
Assist with product designs and evaluate manufacturability
Perform Process Failure Modes Effects Analysis (FMEAs)
Pay Details: $30.00 to $50.00 per hour
