Manufacturing Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and improving manufacturing processes and systems. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in manufacturing processes, quality control, and project management.

Compensation 70-75k / year

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and improve manufacturing processes and systemsDevelop and implement quality control measures to ensure product qualityCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve manufacturing issuesDevelop and maintain manufacturing documentation, including work instructions and process flow diagramsIdentify opportunities for process improvement and cost reductionManage projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budgetTrain and mentor production staff on new processes and equipment

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related fieldMinimum of 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environmentStrong knowledge of manufacturing processes and systemsExperience with quality control and process improvement methodologiesExcellent project management skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficient in Microsoft Office and CAD software

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering required or university program certificate; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00
