Job Title: Manufacturing Process Engineer

Summary: We are seeking a talented Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our team in the aerospace industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in CNC machining and programming, project management, and manufacturing processes. This role involves driving design improvements, coordinating product launches, and managing projects from concept to production.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Innovate and implement enhancements to design processes, methods, and controls.Develop quotations for new product RFQs.Plan and establish engineering schedules, and track performance against estimates.Lead the manufacturing launch for new or revised products.Design, develop, test, source, and cost-justify various tools, machinery, and equipment.Conduct product and process analysis for cost reduction and quality improvement.Supervise the manufacturing launch of new or revised products, including setting goals, training team members, and evaluating results.Oversee projects from concept to production.Approve process specifications and design standards.Create and edit CNC programs.Make timely, informed decisions that consider facts, goals, constraints, and risks.

Qualifications, Experience, and Education:

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.5+ years of experience in CNC machining and programming.Strong project management and leadership skills.Technical expertise in manufacturing processes and methods.3+ years of engineering experience in a fast-paced production environment.Proficiency in ERP systems like Epicor.Experience with schedule changes, design changes, and validation failures.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Knowledge of cutting tools, work holding design, and inspection methods.Proficiency in SOLIDWORKS and CAM Simulation Software.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $38.46
