Description

Actalent is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support a Navy program for a client in Manassas. The role will be involved with developing and implementing a comprehensive maintenance plan for their manufacturing floor. As well, you will be creating work instructions, troubleshooting product issues, and evaluating discrepancies.

Responsibilities Include:

-Developing and implementing a detailed preventive maintenance plan for all manufacturing floor equipment

-Create and maintaining accurate records of all maintenance activities

-Providing timely and effective troubleshooting and repair support for malfunctions

-Perform Minor repairs and adjustments

-Creating and maintaining clear and concise work instructions for processes, ensuring consistency and quality

-Ensuring compliance with quality standards

Required Skills:

-Associate's Degree or Technical Cert in Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering or related field

-2+ Years of Experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on preventative maintenance

-Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical and pneumatic systems

-Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics

-Maintenance Managing Software

-Electro-Mechanical Sensors and Actuators

-Eligible to obtain DoD Secret Clearance (USC required)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $38.00
