Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Support the team in the Validation of New Processes to the Plant, Process improvements, MIPs, SNCs, and NPDs.Responsible for assuring compliances to all regulatory requirements – FDA, OSHA, OFCCP, EPA, etc.Adheres to all environmental, health and safety SOPs, equipment, policies and procedures, including any process specific requirements.Lead assigned projects; create execution and implementation plans, follow-up on timelines and make sure deadlines are respected.Continuously interacts with all the required functions and individuals ensuring effective ongoing communications across teams and stakeholdersEnsures identification and communication of projects risks to superiorsOther areas of focus include: DPM, Conversion loss, SPC, CIPM, PFMEA, Digitization and Data Integrity.Support plant-wide strategic plan programs and activities

Qualifications/Education and/or Experience:

Engineering Degree or Equivalent in a related fieldNo experience is required, however any experience within manufacturing is considered an assetUnderstanding of Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Laboratory or Clinical Practices and Product Development Process requirementsDemonstrated competences in all aspects of project managementExcellent communication skills and a team player
