Insight Global is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer for a unique Advertising Technology Company in the Bay Area. This position is responsible for setting up systems, tools and processes to begin production of new products using outsourced manufacturing. This role acts as the primary interface between R&D/Engineering and manufacturing partners and is responsible for successful product introduction and on-going supply while meeting product cost, quality, delivery and schedule goals. A significant portion of time will also be spent to update and maintain the Product Data Management system, including BOMS, product certification, manufacturing procedures and quality records.
A successful candidate is a natural leader and facilitator with strong manufacturing program/project management skills; is enthusiastic, motivated, organized and detail oriented; communicates with ease at all levels; thrives in an ambiguous environment; is adept at facilitating actions and resolving conflicts; manages through relationships and influence and displays grace under fire.
We can pay $75-89/hour based on experience.
