Essential job functions:

Weld fixture/tooling design using Solidworks 3D CAD softwareDesign, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and safetyWork with design team to evaluate product designs, identify product cost reduction opportunities, and ensure manufacturability of new productsEvaluate and implement new manufacturing technologies and equipment to improve production capabilitiesProvide technical support and training to production staff on new processes and equipmentSpecial projects as needed

Preferred experience:

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related fieldExperience as a manufacturing engineer or similar role in an equipment manufacturing environmentStrong knowledge of manufacturing processes, tools, and equipmentStrong communication and interpersonal skills using Microsoft toolsAble to work effectively with production teamAble to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00
