In this role you will work with the Plant Manager to plan, develop and support our manufacturing processes. Increase efficiency by analyzing layout of equipment, workflow, assembly methods, systems, and work force utilization to develop and implement improvement plans. Design tooling, jigs and fixtures as required for manufacturing of new and existing products to achieve manufacturing goals and product specifications.

For This Role, You Will Need:
BS in Mechanical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering Relevant years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment commensurate with the level of this position. Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles. Ability to communicate (verbal / written) optimally with customers, suppliers and employees. Knowledge of scientific problem-solving tools (DOE, TQ, SPC, etc.). Ability to work in a collaborative team-oriented environment. Proven record of working and making decisions independently and leading others to the completion of assigned tasks. Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future. Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $80,000 - $115,000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
