Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in production engineering, preferably within the aerospace industry. This role requires the creation of manufacturing instructions, programming part processes, and documenting procedures to ensure high-quality production standards.
ResponsibilitiesCreate manufacturing instructions including Bill of Materials (BOM), process routing, and cost estimates.Program part processes using MasterCam for 3/4/5 Axis operations.Document processes and procedures to maintain consistency and quality.Estimate run times for machining and assembly operations.Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes.Essential Skills5-7 years of experience in production engineering, preferably in aerospace.Proficiency in CAD/CAM systems, specifically MasterCam (3/4/5 Axis).Knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 and AS9100 standards.Experience with measurement instruments such as calipers, verniers, gage blocks, and height gages.Ability to estimate run times for machining and assembly.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Materials or Mechanical Engineering (preferred).US Citizenship required.Work Environment
The work environment is a small shop floor style. You will work with advanced technologies and equipment in a hands-on setting, ensuring processes are efficient and meet high standards.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $31.25 - $40.86
