Join our dynamic team and become the backbone of innovation! As the Production Engineering Maestro, you'll be orchestrating daily activities in commercial production under the guidance of our Manufacturing Manager and seasoned engineering virtuosos.

ResponsibilitiesInnovate & Integrate: Design cutting-edge tools, test stands, and select state-of-the-art test equipment to streamline and enhance our production processes.Automate & Elevate: Develop and maintain automated processes, ensuring our production line is always a step ahead.Prevent & Maintain: Craft and oversee a top-notch preventative maintenance program, keeping our operations running smoothly.Collaborate & Create: Work alongside cross-functional teams from Engineering, Manufacturing, Machine Shop, Procurement, and Quality Assurance to achieve excellence.Research & Implement: Scout, select, and integrate the latest test and lab equipment to support our production prowess.Manage & Repair: Take charge of preventative, routine maintenance and equipment repair, ensuring everything operates at peak performance.Develop & Refine: Define, develop, and fine-tune test methodologies and manufacturing processes for new product development.Design & Draft: Collaborate with Drafting/Design teams to create precise tooling and fixturing models and drawings, utilizing Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing.Procure & Specify: Work with our Machine Shop, Purchasing team, and external vendors to procure essential components and test equipment.Analyze & Troubleshoot: Understand material characteristics and mechanics to develop and troubleshoot manufacturing methods like welding and brazing.Document & Report: Contribute to the creation of documentation for new manufacturing processes and report activities to team members and the Manufacturing Manager.Maintain & Improve: Keep production Bills of Materials up to date and manage New Item Form submittals and ECNs. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.65 - $33.65
