Manufacturing Engineer
Job Description: Manufacturing Engineer Promote Safety as the Number One Priority of all employees. Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste. Evaluate existing production processes and recommend changes to improve productivity, quality, and safety. Design layouts and workflows to maximize space utilization and minimize production time. Evaluate and implement new manufacturing technologies and automation. Work with the quality assurance team to establish standards, methods, and procedures for manufacturing operations. Implement corrective actions for quality issues and work on continuous improvement projects. Collaborate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime and maintain equipment reliability. Provide technical support and training to production staff. Perform other duties as assigned. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $130000.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
