Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure that all equipment and machines are maintained through hydraulic, pneumatic, and robotic controls. You will be responsible for the efficient operation and proper functioning of the manufacturing processes under your control. Your role will involve specifying, purchasing, coordinating, installing, sampling, scheduling, troubleshooting, maintaining, and improving all production processes, tools, and equipment in your assigned area. You will identify and develop improvements to the processes in support of company goals. Additionally, you will understand and report the daily status of production and quality (SPC, CpK, etc.), and initiate improvements as required. Ensuring a safe, clean working environment is paramount. You will lead production teams and supervise hourly employees, prioritize tool changes in coordination with the Manufacturing Manager, and ensure that production requirements are met while achieving established company goals. You will also develop and implement continuous improvement programs and perform other duties as assigned. Pay Scale This position pays in the range of $60k-$75k depending on experience. Ideally someone with an internship or 0-6 months of experience that has their Engineering degree and wants to get into manufacturing would do well in this role.
