Your Role & Impact: As a Manufacturing Engineer , you'll plan and design manufacturing processes that ensure efficient production. You’ll work closely with equipment layouts, assembly methods, and workforce allocation to ensure product specifications are met. Your ability to analyze and improve existing processes will help the team maximize productivity and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and design manufacturing processes to maximize efficiency.
Review equipment layout, assembly methods, and workforce utilization to optimize production.
Determine the necessary parts and tools to meet manufacturing goals.
Ensure processes align with product specifications and production requirements.
Work under direct supervision while learning and applying industry concepts.
Collaborate with supervisors and managers to achieve production goals.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent).
0-2 years of experience in the field or a related area.
Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within manufacturing processes.
Ability to follow instructions and established guidelines.

Pay Details: $37.00 per hour
