Job Description
We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with aerospace experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle projects from start to finish, including BOM take-off, writing assembly instructions, tooling design, and working with floor personnel to understand assembly processes and improve efficiency.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain BOMs (Bill of Materials)Create and update assembly instructionsDesign tooling as neededConduct process improvement and root cause analysisPerform time studies to improve efficiencyWork with floor personnel to understand and improve assembly processesHandle projects from inception to completionEssential SkillsMinimum 1-3 years of related experience in manufacturing and assembly operationsKnowledge of CNC machining (Bridgeport & HASS machines)Experience with composites layup process for aircraft partsSkills in labor analysis (time studies)Proficiency in AutoCAD or other CAD software (SolidWorks)Proficiency in Windows applications (Excel, Word, Project, Management, PowerPoint, Outlook)Good mechanical and technical skillsExcellent leadership, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to maintain confidential information and comply with ITAR regulationsAdditional Skills & QualificationsExperience with process improvement methodologiesExperience with CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions)Experience in root cause analysisWork Environment

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $34.00 - $45.00/hr.
