Job Description
We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to assist in executing process improvements and troubleshooting processes to increase production efficiency within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This individual will also focus on procurement and installation of new capital equipment and calculate the ROI associated with these purchases.

Hands-on role working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with spring coiling machines. The team consists of 15-20 production staff and currently includes 1 engineer and the Plant Manager. The company is investing in process improvements and new capital equipment, with the first orders of equipment expected to arrive in November. This role offers the opportunity to develop a broad skill set and take on more responsibilities than typically found in larger companies.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $65000.00/yr.
