Manufacturing Engineer

Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer

Technical skills include: Collaborate with engineering and production teams to maintain and improve the manufacturability of designs. Ensure designs meet production capabilities and constraints. Monitor and align with the production schedule to ensure timely delivery of products. Provide technical support and guidance to both engineering and production teams. Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues related to engineering and manufacturing processes. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality while reducing costs. Conduct regular reviews of production processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices. Prepare and maintain technical documentation and reports. Other duties as assigned. 
Job Description: The Manufacturing Engineer will develop a strategic overview of all Consarc product lines with the intent of maintaining and improving production flow and product quality. The successful candidate will have practical experience with ERP systems and working within a production environment. Knowledge about manufacturing complex engineered-to-order equipment is a plus. Additionally, proficiency in the MS Office suite of products, including Project, and the ability to give direction to others is expected. Must Haves/Requirements B.S. in Engineering or related discipline 5+ years of industrial experience Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., CAD, ERP systems) Ability to read engineering drawings and a detailed understanding of industrial manufacturing Excellent technical, analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work as part of a team and independently, including management and execution of projects Ability to travel up to 15% of the time both internationally and domestically
 
Educational Requirement: BS in Engineering or related discipline

Years of experience (Minimum/Preferred): 5 years
