職務/ Role Definition  

板金構造物のNCﾌﾟﾛｸﾞﾗﾐﾝｸﾞ、工具手配/管理業務

　-板金構造物機械加工工程における生産準備 (NCﾌﾟﾛｸﾞﾗﾑ作成/工具手配/実機　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　での加工立上)に関する業務及び新加工法/加工工具の適応による機械加工のﾌﾟﾛｾｽ改善/ｺｽﾄ低減活動への責任を持つ。また新機種開発/ﾃﾞｻﾞｲﾝ変更においては関連部門と協業し機械加工目線からのﾃﾞｻﾞｲﾝ開発/改善を進める。

NC programing, Tooling for Fabrication structure

  -Responsible for production ramp up of fabrication structure (NC programing/Tooling/validation) and for process improvement/Cost reduction with new machining process/tool.

  Also proceed to design development/improvement collaborated with related team

職務内容/Responsibility

・板金構造物の機械加工 NCﾌﾟﾛｸﾞﾗﾐﾝｸﾞ

・板金構造物の機械加工に関する工具手配/管理

・板金構造物の機械加工ﾌﾟﾛｾｽ/品質改善、ｺｽﾄ低減（新機種/量産機種）

・HEDC(設計部門)、HEME(全ﾌﾟﾗﾝﾄの製造取纏め部門)と協業での構造物の

ﾃﾞｻﾞｲﾝ開発/改善 (機械加工に関する部分)

・板金構造物ｻﾌﾟﾗｲﾔｰ/海外ﾌﾟﾗﾝﾄの支援(機械加工)

・工具庫管理

・NC programing for Fabrication structure

・Tool preparation and manage for Fabrication structure machining

・Machining process/quality improvement and cost reduction.

・Design development/improvement collaborated with related team (HEDC/HEME etc.)

・Support for domestic supplier and overseas facility (machining)

・Manage tool crib

応募要件/ Degree Requirement

・機械加工に関連する業務経験者もしくは製造/ｴﾝｼﾞﾆｱﾘﾝｸﾞ分野の学位取得者

・Person who has work experience of machining field or has degree of manufacturing

要求されるｽｷﾙ/ Skill Descriptors

・ｺﾐｭﾆｹｰｼｮﾝｽｷﾙ: 関連部門、関係者と協力して業務を進める能力

　　-現場作業者/ｻﾌﾟﾗｲﾔｰとのｺﾐｭﾆｹｰｼｮﾝの為に日本語のｽｷﾙは必須。

　　-海外ﾌﾟﾗﾝﾄとのｺﾐｭﾆｹｰｼｮﾝの為に英語ｽｷﾙがあれば望ましい。

・ｷｬﾀﾋﾟﾗｰ製品図面の理解

・溶接の知識もあれば望ましい。

・ﾌﾟﾛｾｽ立案/改善において状況を正確に分析し、情報に基づいた判断に基づいて生産的な決定を下す能力。

・ﾘｰﾝ生産の考え方、原則、適応ｱﾌﾟﾛｰﾁに関する知識。ﾘｰﾝ生産の考え方を既存の生産および管理ﾌﾟﾛｾｽに統合して実装する能力。

・Communication skill: ability to collaborate with related team

    -Japanese communication skill is mandatory to communicate with shop worker/supplier

　-It’ prefer to have English skill

・Knowledge of Caterpillar drawing

・It’ prefer to have knowledge of welding

・Ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.

・Lean Manufacturing: Knowledge of the philosophy, principles and implementation　approaches of lean manufacturing; ability to integrate and implement lean manufacturing philosophy into existing production and management processes.
